Nationwide Delivery
We deliver orders all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
Our delivery partners include M&P and PostEx.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, weather, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched the same day after order confirmation, subject to order verification and courier availability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders across Pakistan.
Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Deposit
For bank deposit orders, your order will be processed after payment confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, the courier may make another delivery attempt or contact you to arrange delivery. Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
Please make sure your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We recommend checking your package at the time of delivery whenever possible. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos/videos.
After verification, eligible products will be accepted for return and we will arrange a replacement with a new product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Changes & Order Cancellation
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Requests can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
